Who we are
Nautilus One LLC ("we", "us") operates biscaynepark.net for Casa Roble, the planned home at 625 NE 115th Street, Biscayne Park, Florida. This policy explains what information the site collects and how we use it.
What we collect
- Early-access requests. When you submit the form: your name, email, phone number, preferred contact method, investment range, accredited investor status and, if you choose, how you heard about us.
- Technical details. With each request, your IP address and browser type, used only for security and to prevent spam.
- Site analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and does not track you across other websites.
- Investor room. Sign-in happens in your browser. Your password is never sent to us.
How we use it
To respond to your request, assess eligibility for any future offering, send investor materials to qualified investors, and keep the site secure. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers that run the site (Cloudflare for hosting, database and email), with our legal and professional advisors when needed, or when required by law.
Third-party services
The location map is provided by Google Maps, which loads from Google and may collect technical information such as your IP address under Google's Privacy Policy. Press links open third-party websites with their own policies.
Cookies and storage
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. The investor room keeps a temporary session key in your browser that is cleared when you sign out or close the tab. Google Maps may set its own cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep early-access requests for as long as needed for the Casa Roble project and our legal and business records, then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing privacy@biscaynepark.net. Submitting a request does not commit you to anything.
Security
The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access-restricted storage. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
Children
This site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
Where data is processed
Information is stored and processed by Cloudflare and may be handled in the United States and other countries where its network operates.
Changes
If we update this policy, we will change the date below. Material changes will be noted on this page.
